Questions practice owners ask us
Does Monai replace my accountant?
No. Your accountant still handles tax, compliance and your year-end accounts. Monai sits alongside them and shows you this month’s numbers, how they compare with the UK range and what to do next.
Do I need Xero or other accounting software?
No. Monai connects to your practice bank account through read-only Open Banking, or you can upload your files. It sorts every transaction into dental categories for you.
What happens after the free month?
Monai continues as a paid subscription at £199 a month per practice. If it isn’t for you, cancel before your free month ends and you won’t pay anything.
Are there any other fees?
No onboarding fee and no per-chair fees. It’s one flat fee per practice.
I own more than one practice. Does it work for me?
Yes. You can switch between practices inside Monai. We’ll show you how on the demo.
